Where does ROJA London ship to?
We currently offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by region, with standard UK delivery taking 2-3 business days and international orders taking 5-10 business days.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all ROJA London products are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and the majority of our collection is vegan-friendly.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or sprayed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery.
Do you offer samples before purchasing a full bottle?
We offer a Discovery Collection featuring 2ml vials of our signature scents, allowing you to experience the fragrance on your skin before committing to a full-sized bottle.
